As pharmacists we pride ourselves on being the most accessible healthcare professional, and understand that for many patients we are their first place to seek help. We will ask questions that help us to identify any issues that need to be checked by another healthcare professional, so it is vitally important that you are honest so that we can keep you safe & provide the best possible advice.
Sometimes it can be overwhelming to visit the pharmacy in person, so feel free to phone us & ask to speak to the pharmacist. We do charge any fees for pharmacist consultations, however we may ask if we can record the consultation as a Medschek to enable us to claim funding.
